Juicing vs. Blending – Mokena

The fall is the perfect time to get back to basics and begin eating more fruits and vegetables. What better way to accomplish this than juicing or blending. Popular author Kris Carr says “Juicing and blending your organic fruits and veggies are the best and quickest ways to reduce inflammation (the root cause of most chronic disease) while hydrating your body, drenching your cells in life-giving nutrients and even repairing your DNA.” This fun demonstration will share the benefits of adding cancer-fighting fruits and vegetables into your daily diet in a quick and easy way.
