Movements to Help Manage Back Pain

Most of us will have back pain at some point in our lives. Learn some of the mechanics that cause back pain and how to avoid having pain. This interactive workshop is not for those being treated for back pain or if you’ve had spinal fusion.
Be prepared to work on a chair w/o wheels and on the floor. It is best if you have a laptop but a phone can work.
You’ll need: Mat, stretch belt or regular belt and a small pillow. Please contact the Cancer Support Center if you need any of these items.
This program is 50 minutes long and limited to 4 participants and will operate on a first come first served basis, so be sure to register ASAP.
