Statistics for Patients

After a cancer diagnosis, patients and their loved ones will hear and read numerous statistics about survival and cure rates.  But what do these numbers mean?  How do they apply to you or your loved one?  Using real-life examples, Dr. Golden will explain the basics of medical statistics and what the numbers mean. Facilitated by Dr. Daniel Golden, Assistant Professor of Radiation and Cellular Oncology at The University of Chicago Comprehensive Cancer Center
