Learn how the different types of exercises affect your body. Get an in-depth look at what the machines, bands, tubes, dumbbells, barbells and body weight exercises can and cannot do for you. Get hands on instruction on pushing, pulling and rotational movements, as well as the American College of Sports Medicine's 5 components of fitness. We'll go from simple to complex. Everyone can work at their own pace and comfort level. Facilitated by Roy Alfonso, Fitness & Medical Exercise Specialist.

There is a muscular connection between the neck and the shoulder. You might have one or the other, but eventually your body will compensate and reduce the range of motion in one or both areas. Learn to manage or eliminate shoulder and neck pain. Simple movements and an understanding of the anatomy will be taught. This class is limited to 8 participants so everyone can get the attention needed. Facilitated by Roy Alfonso, Fitness & Medical Exercise Specialist.
