Stress and anxiety are correlated to overall wellness and healing. Counseling in private sessions or support groups can help you and your loved ones cope with emotional responses, manage stress, and find effective ways to communicate with family members and healthcare providers. Family, child, and couples counseling are also offered.
Other stress management programs include support groups for caregivers and those diagnosed with specific cancers, meditation, guided relaxation exercises, sound baths, journaling practices in our “Writing to Heal” program, and art therapy for all ages.

Art Therapy for All Ages
Unlock healing through creative expression. Art therapy sessions allow children, teens, and adults to process emotions and experiences in a non-verbal, supportive environment led by certified art therapists.
Caregiver & Cancer-Specific Support Groups
Connect with others who truly understand your experience. We offer support groups for caregivers, as well as groups focused on specific cancer types, where members can share challenges and insights in a compassionate community.
Meditation & Guided Relaxation
Calm your mind and reduce anxiety through guided meditation and relaxation exercises. These sessions help lower stress, improve sleep, and support your overall wellness during and after treatment.
Sound Bath Experiences
Experience healing through sound vibrations. Sound baths use instruments like singing bowls and gongs to create a deeply relaxing atmosphere that promotes emotional release and physical healing.
Art Journaling
Receive a weekly reflective art journaling prompt each Thursday to inspire creativity, self-expression, and connection. Participants are welcome to share their work with the group. To join the mailing list, email Kelly.
