For more than 30 years, we have been a trusted resource for individuals and families impacted by cancer. All our services are provided at no cost, delivered by licensed professionals through evidence-based programs. We offer a welcoming, inclusive environment with flexible options—both in-person and virtual—so you can access support wherever you are.
We operate on a six-point model program system, offering evidence-based services delivered by licensed professionals and healthcare experts.

Professional counseling and stress reduction techniques to help individuals and families cope with the emotional challenges of cancer.

Safe, tailored exercise programs—including oncology fitness—to help maintain strength, mobility, and overall well-being during and after treatment.

Evidence-based oncology nutrition programs, cooking demonstrations, and personalized consultations to support healing and recovery.

Workshops, support groups, and networking opportunities that connect participants with others who understand their journey and provide valuable information.

Programs that address the physical and emotional aspects of body changes during and after cancer treatment, helping restore confidence and self-esteem.

Supportive programs designed to help children and families navigate the emotional impact of cancer together, strengthening communication, coping skills.
We understand that cancer care needs flexibility. That's why we offer both in-person programs at our Homewood and Mokena locations and virtual options that bring support directly to you—wherever you are.
Our programs are available and accessible to all through many communities, channels, and tools. There are no geographic restrictions and no limits on how often you can participate.
