In a small group setting, Roy provides individualized guidance on corrective movements to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. Learn exercises to move better and manage discomfort and issues including Plantar fasciitis, intermittent knee, shoulder, lower back, and hip pain as well as neck discomfort.
