In this group, participants will be invited to create thoughtful and reflective art in a journal as a unique way to process their cancer experience. All individuals affected by cancer are welcome. Registration is required. Email Kelly at kfriel@cancersupportcenter.org to receive your art journaling prompt each Thursday in your inbox.

Gentle Floor Yoga Nidra (HYBRID)
Relax, restore, and reconnect through Gentle Floor Yoga Nidra. This calming class combines gentle yoga movements with guided meditation to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being for individuals impacted by cancer.
Gentle Floor Yoga with Nidra (HYBRID/Mokena & Virtual)
This class begins with a 40-45 minute gentle yoga practice that incorporates simple flowing sequences that focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Moves That Matter (Homewood)
Moves That Matter helps individuals impacted by cancer improve flexibility, posture, coordination, and stability through gentle movement exercises performed at their own pace and comfort level.

This class works on releasing tension, increasing flexibility, improving posture, coordination, injury prevention, pain management, and joint and gross stability. Each person works at their own pace and in their comfort zone. To attend this class in person please call 708-798-9171.
Healing Skin, Healing Spirit (Homewood)
This interactive skincare class educates and empowers participants undergoing treatment or in survivorship. Participants learn how to safely care for their skin, manage treatment-related changes, and embrace self-care as part of their healing journey. This is a hands on learning experience where participants will be guided through eyebrow applilcation techniques. Presented by Mickie V.
