In this group, participants will be invited to create thoughtful and reflective art in a journal as a unique way to process their cancer experience. All individuals affected by cancer are welcome. This class begins with a 40-45 minute gentle yoga practice that incorporates simple flowing sequences that focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
